South Plainfield High School Alumni, 1983. Junior High State Champion-District 20 Champion and Middlesex County Tournament Champion. Third in Region 3. Serious injury ended enitre Junior and half his senior year. Coached South Plainfield Rec and Junior High. His team went to high school and won 3 county tournaments, 3 #1 Region Rankings and 2 Top 10 finishes. His 32 years of experience has greatly added to Tong Dragon's Competition Team and Championship programs by adding phenominal takedowns, drills and skills.

Chris also has competed on the North American Grappling Assoications Circuit. He has placed numerous times including taking the Gold at the Battle at the Beach in Wildwood, NJ, August 2004. Chris stepped up on 1 weeks notice to replace one of our team members to fight in Lou Neglia's Ring of Combat. Chris lost 10 pounds in 1 week and did a grappling match in the ring with a victory!
